The club mix was rejected because Madonna did not like the vocal processing used to make her vocal fit a non-"swing" beat. The club mix remains unreleased and unleaked. The "Shoot To Kill Remix" was originally intended to be the dub. Also submitted but not released were a rapless club mix, a radio edit and an instrumental dub.
